I know some people insist on calling their babies after their favourite footballer/popstar/filmstar, but a lot of the time the names just don't 'go' with their surname. What's the worst you've heard?

A fe years back my friend was having her baby (linsey, quite normal) and there was a woman in her hospital ward who called her little girl Pocahontas McSorley. God help that kid in a few years time! Can you beat this?

I enjoyed calling them both to reception over the pa system when the building was busy.

When I was a young teen I used to go through all my mum's magazines and send off for free gifts and samples and the name I used so that no one would know it was me (never mind it being my mum's address I didn't think of that!!!) was OCTAVIA JANE DEL MORRIS isn't that lovely? But actually my own name takes some beating I always say my husband has been an embarrasment to me since the day we got married because I am MRS. M. BARRAS (my first name begins with an M you see). And to add insult to injury we called our first child Emily - shortened by the whole world to EM.
