We seem to be constantly reaching for the remote to turn the volume down on the TV when the adverts come on. Has anyone else noticed this? It's really annoying.![]()
Mind you the adverts are probably all that Mr OG can hear![]()

Robby - I could probably still hear them if I had the dog out for a walk!
Use the mute button on the remote - very useful![]()

Have you noticed how long the advert breaks are aswell on spanish tv , sometimes you forget what you where actually watching , its really annoying when its a good film too .
Yes indeed, and you could even bear that if they had some sort of "continuity" break ... you know, with a plain screen showing the title of the film when they break for adverts (so you know the next screen IS an advert!), and then again when the film comes back on.
The way they do it is insane. One minute you´re in a car chase, or a passionate embrace, and the next, someone is washing a pair of jeans or eating pot noodles (or the like!).
Most confusing, at my age![]()
