Does anyone know any websites for agents dealing with letting of rustic properties?

Hi all

REALLLLLY struggling here now

Wondering if there are any websites or estate agents who deal with long term lets of:

rustic houses
fincas
inland properties
non touristy cheap properties that locals would go for

THAT ALLOW PETS!!!

I know that from when I used to live there there are inmobilliarias in all the towns, san isidro, granadillia, san miguel, los abrigos etc etc (giving examples of the kind of places we are looking at) but cant find any of them online (seem to remember some of them just arents)

Im having real trouble now. Thought I had a place lined up on a rent to buy basis but apparently legalities on the property wont allow it.

Now just a few short weeks remaining and we have no place to go!!!

Half the members on this forum are estate agents or was that in a state agents............................anyway

I´m sure one of them will find you something in accordance with your requirements sooner than one can drop a hat.

Most start at around 10 O´clock so have a cuppa and take the dog for a [content hidden] and on your return.............walla as if by magic.

The problem is I am in the UK at the moment and am working during the day so unable to access anything online.
But Iv googled and googled all manner of things and variations on inmobilliaria, estate agent, long let, rustic, inland etc etc etc

Nothing

Most of the ones on the tenerife property guide never bothered to get back to me, and thats twice I have enquired to them

I just dont know what to do.
Its the bloody dogs which seem to be a proble, but I know from living there that loads of people rent with dogs, not just little ones....so dont know why I am having such trouble.

Especially as I dont want it in a tourist p;lace

etc etc

Surely someone somewhere must have a place thats not all that that they would rent out to people with pets............

If there is something available to meet those requirements i´m quite sure you´ll have a solution within the course of the day or at the very outside this week.

To make things a little easier you may want to include a maximum you could/would/prefer to pay per month...

Why don't you pm Young Golfer, he is an estate agent and maybe if he can't help you he could point you in the right direction, he is a top guy and won't give you any bull!

The Island estates deal in rustic property for sale but I doubt that letting of such property would be easy to find.

However if you contact Jeremy at the Island estates he will help if there is anything available he will know.
