Thanks Doreen, how long did it take for yours to recover? I know a fungal infection can take a year to clear up, I think I have one too on one finger nail. I have a prescription to use if it is one. Will check when I go to the chiropodist next week, after all nails are nails whether on your feet or hands!

I personally think there should be some sort of warning on show in the salons; it is not fair to mislead people.
