I have a sneaky feeling it is going to be dark when I get up in the morning at 7.30am I enjoy sitting up watching TV late with him. I HATE the school run (El Med to Cabo Blanco ) although a car share has eased the burden somewhat. The fitting in of homework, keyboard practise AND playtime before bath time. I just think there is more freedom in the hols. OK he has been away from us for one month of the hols so it seems to have flown by, but does anyone else feel the same, and why?? ............or will you be shoving them through the school gates with a grin on your face in the morning?? |
I totally agree with you Suzy, I have enjoyed my time with my girls, and the thought of getting up at the crack of dawn and trying to organise school lifts to coincide with my new job is giving me a headache!!!
Back to stressful homework, taxi drving to 2 different schools, and the added stress of my eldest doing her GCSE's this year.....
