I spoke to a Loro Parque rep this week, who said that the ofiicial inauguration with the politians etc was the 15th, and that it would open to the public on the 16th. Personally I am going to steer clear until the isalnd is generally quiet, maybe early December. It will just be too packed before then
IMO.
