clicking joints are not a cause for concern.

The clicking is caused by your lax joint capsules, that allows quite alot more than a usual amount of movement.

This is not as bad as it sounds, I have had this for yonks and yonks in fact a pair of castonets doesnt have a look in with me. I am physically fit and excercise on a regular basis, and this can make this condition more obvious.

The problem is not caused by a lack of lubrication in the joints and even if it were there is no way that joint lubrication can be modified.
the fact that you are having back pain again could be due to a muscular problem or it could even be your posture.
I have had loads of people say I'm gonna be cripples with arthritis when I'm older.........I don't think so and have discussed this with orthopaedic colleagues and they confirm this is not the case.
you will just need to get used to it and don't worry.
I would however attend your G.P. re the back pain....
