Urgent appeal for help. K9 works very closely with a German lady called Ulla. Ulla takes hundreds of puppies off the streets of Tenerife over the course of the year. She works with a refuge in Germany where the puppies get sent and re-homed. Ulla has about 5 kennels, where she keeps the puppies. These kennels are like wooden sheds. Over the years the wood has warped, the doors don’t shut properly anymore and a few leaks have appeared. We are asking for a carpenter or DIY person to help out and get these kennels fixed ready for the winter. Ulla lives in Arona and it gets very cold, so the doors need to be able to close, to protect the puppies from the weather. If there is anyone out there who can volunteer their services, please contact the kennels on 667638468. At any one time she has 30-40 puppies to look after by herself, if anyone has any free time to help clean out the puppies, she would be very grateful. A car would be essential due to location.
