Personally though, I'd just invite a couple of friends round and have a small party for a 2nd birthday, as they won't remember it when they get older (normal memories tend to be from about 4 years old unless they have trauma attached
) and they tend to get tired early at that age. At 10€ more or less a kid, for a minimum of 10 kids, it can be an expensive affair.
Usual recommendations are a friend for every year, so 2 years, two friends.
Why not take 'em
Donkey Riding instead, then have a picnic in the park next door? I'm sure they'd find that more fun at that age
