Far too many to mention
... and many of them have actually 'played out' in real life.
I still remember a dream where a front wheel came off a red Opel corsa on a road that I didn't recognise. It was a road beside a motorway. I was running down the hill with several other people to make sure that the occupants of the car were OK. Two days later I made my first visit to Alcampo. I was driving up the hill on the connection between the TF1 and the TF5 and there was a red Opel Corsa on the parallel road with it's front wheel off an people running down the hill
Similar things have happened all my life.
When I was two years old, I woke up with a nightmare. I remember my mother trying to comfort me but I couldn't explain what had happened, but I was being chased by a bull.
The following day I went to visit someone (and I can't remember who) that had just either bought or taken over the tenancy of a nearby farm. I was with my grandmother, grandfather, my great aunt and uncle and another great uncle.
We were being shown round the farmhouse and were walking down the stairs. There was a half landing with a window looking down to the farmyard. A bull had got out of it's pen and was charging round the yard. My uncle Tom was trying to capture and restrain it with a rope and the bull pegged him down and was ramming it's head and horns into uncle Tom's chest ... that part wasn't in the original dream, but I woke up in ther dream as we were going down the stairs. Uncle Tom was 'critical' for weeks and in hospital for months
Just last week I had such a realistic dream - this time a pleasant one - and I was woken by the alarm clock, which is most unusual because I always set it, but am usually awake early. I remember the dream vividly, but didn't know the outcome. The following night, I went to bed and at some point continued the dream from where I had left off the previous night.
Do you want me to carry on ... probably not
A couple of years ago I dreamt that there was a brand new car that had just been collected by the lady owner and on her way home, she misjudged the road and ended up upside down in the 'dip' between El Morro and what was at the time Clarets. She was OK, but badly shaken up and was terrified as to what her husband was going to say.
Within a few days, this had actually happened.
I don't understand how this happens and I don't believe in 'mumbo jumbo' or whatever.
I also have had occassions of 'deja vu' which again I don't understand. I can remember my mother driving on the road from Knutsford to Holmes Chapel. She was a 'learner' at the time and my grandmother was in the passenger seat and I was in the back. We were coming up to a sharp right-hand bend and said .... slow down - there is a maroon Ford anglia that has broken down just round the corner. My grandmother said 'how do you know?' This all happened in 'seconds'. I said .... I don't know, but it has a large dent halfway up the passenger door.
Guess what. Correct again!
