| Anyone swapped an apartment before here in Tenerife or have any information for me?
I´ve just had an interesting offer - someone who has a one bed and knows I am trying to sell a two bed in the same complex, was asking if I would swap and he pay me the difference in cash. My accountant is on holidays till next week, so I can't check just yet - but I am presuming that in fact we would both have to pay transfer taxes as if it were two distinct sales. Has anyone come across something like this in practice? |
