Right... the original 'Prince Naseems gym' in Las americas no longer exists... it used to be under Ocean park... then moved to Flamingo, then he sold up and went back to the uk. It is now my Pole dance and fitness studio...

We do have a bag and some machines... but its really more for Females!

As someone said there is a New Boxing gym Under the Olympic stadium in Las Americas/los chris border, next to the Green hospital.

other options in los Cris are the The ACAD, next to the bus station, they specialize in Matial arts, but have machines and Bags etc...
Or the Noelia sur in Las Americas is quite good.
