Look at the thread mentioning T.I.B.C. and when they put someone in an apartment they trashed it. Its just I have never used estate agents and have rented out my properties with no or very little problem. You can also personally "vet" the people, and you can decide if you want them to rent your apartment, and not just have anyone in. Something to think about Helen
