| You can also take the form to a post office and send it by Burofax. This is a means of sending that Telefonica can not deny they have received as someone has to sign for it. When I recently filled in this form also to disconnect a phone line,Telefonica continued billing me for a couple of months
afterwards. I eventually contacted the consumer office in Adeje and they wrote off a letter to Telefonica for me.
