| The picnic/bbq area just above Vilaflor is nice. I seem to remember that ir's called Las Lacas - or something ... anyway, you go through Vilaflor and it's about 5km further on and on the left.
Also, another good idea is to get a good map and go exploring - you will be amazed at the places you will find.
If you get the time, explore the Mercedes mountains and then head down to Punta del Higado un the north-east corner of the island. Well worth a visit and a picnic. __________________
