If they refuse go to your nearest CCOO - union office and they have lawyers who give you advice for a small initial fee, if you have a claim against your employer for wrongful dismissal they will take on your case with the tribunal on a no win no fee basis. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING unless you are sure what it is as you could be signing a voluntary resignation. DO NOT sign another contract - especially if any of the details have changed. You could be "giving up one job" and "starting another"
The paper that the company gives you shows only your last six months working life (or less if you have not worked for them six month) and this is used to calculate your dole money. The union office in the Valdes Centre do not charge for advise. But if they advise you to go to court you have to pay them 'win or lose'. The fee for the lawyer and the tribunal cost is about 110 euros. If you use these lawyers you need to have someone with you who speaks Spanish
