| When you are dismissed the company should give you a "certificado de empressa" white paper with green outlines which shows your "cotizacion" ie how many months you have worked for them in your case should show 360 days - you need this to process paro "dole" applications. If they refuse go to your nearest CCOO - union office and they have lawyers who give you advice for a small initial fee, if you have a claim against your employer for wrongful dismissal they will take on your case with the tribunal on a no win no fee basis. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING unless you are sure what it is as you could be signing a voluntary resignation. DO NOT sign another contract - especially if any of the details have changed. You could be "giving up one job" and "starting another" __________________ Don't have the right paperwork? Don't speak Spanish?
