Janet is quite correct you can apply online for a Vida laboral which will be posted to your address. This document will show all your working life in Tenerife (social paid for you). But if you do not type the address as the social have it on their computer when you apply online, then it gets denied. I should know it happened to me. So I went to the social and asked for one. But guess what the system has changed you can no longer do this. Now you have to ring the social up and ask for an appointment. Go to the appointment and request the Vida laboral and then they will post the document to you. No wonder the social was empty when I called.
