At Aldea Blanca CIEP it's 9 until 2, (1pm June and September), and the same for pre-school children, age 3+ They don't have lunch there and
IMHO it's a really great school if you're lucky enough to get your children in there. No more than 16-18 to a class and Spanish speaking only. Our 5 year old really loves it there.
