Actually I just did a bit of searching with google and found out that it is called:
ACEITE DE ONAGRA O PRÍMULA
Well the latin name for the evening primrose plant is Oenothera biennis and oil is aciete so I guess if you asked for aciete de Oenothera biennis you might get somewhere. They'll might know it as evening primrose in the herbolarios, but just go in to one, you should recognise it from the picture of the flower on the box. Hope this helps.
