ryan air are very strict and it does not matter that you are a family and travelling together you will be charged and if you are leaving from prestwick then only 1 piece of hand luggage is allowed and that includes your handbag well maybe not yours

but you know what I mean,,,,, just noticed that you will be going from dublin but it might be the same
