We did a Freebird Jeep Tour to La Gomera (With Emma {Emskie} at Tenerife Sunshine). After an early start a convoy of Jeeps arrived to pick us up. Our Driver (Les) was a crazy man and vey funny and kept us entertained all day!
The Fred Olsen Ferry was really smooth and very pleasant.
We stopped of at various locations on the Island one of the first was an are which apparently would flood and a small lake would form also a stone circle in the middle of this lake was evidence of Witch craft! We stopped for lunch at a restaurant and were jammed in! We had a sort of Beef stew which was ok and for desert we had 2 bananas, which seemed a bit odd, couldn't they have made a banana split or something? Yes I appreciate the bananas are local produce but, 2 bananas for desert,
lol!
We got taken up some very steep narrow roads in the jeeps which had us all bouncing around in the back.
Overall it was a really good day and made a good alternative to the obvious jeep tours to Teide. Would definitely recommend it.
